9'8" number eight line three-piece two tips, bag and tube. Rod shows very little use it's in excellent condition. The real seat aluminum is anodized black and nickel silver ferrules are oxidized black and plugs are black plastic. I have lawn cast it. It is a casting machine. I like it with a weight forward eight. This is a rare Payne to fish and collect.
