I built this rod in May of 1989.  The owner has never used it.  Just displayed it in his collection.  I've used this model in a few of Michigan narrow rivers fifty feet or less.  Driggs River in the  upper Peninsula and Black  river  in lower peninsula.  I find it's perfect with a wf 4 with flies dry or wet up to size 12..  It has enough back bone to handle  a 15" brook trout.
