6' 2", # 4 line, 2-piece, bag and tube.  oil finish and spaced grip.  I first met the owner of this rod in late 1950's, I was working at the Paul Young Company at the time.  Vic always had a rod on order.  He owned many Young rods.  When I started my own shop he had me build this midge for him in 1975.  He lived in Penn. at the time which enabled him to use this rod on  some great trout streams such as the LeTort and other. I doubt if it has ever cast a fly bigger than a sixteen.  When Vic retired he moved to Northern Michigan and purchased a log house on the Au Sable River from Mrs Paul Young ( Martha Marie).  I met Vic in person at this time and we fished the Manistee River  a few times.  The rod is in excellent condition and is ready for another fifty years. Vic is seventy old now and we are helping him find a good home for this rod.
