8' 6", # 8 to 9 line, 2- piece, 2 tips, bag and tube.  I built this rod in 1999.  The H stands for heavy built meaning the diameter of the butt up to the butt guide is a little larger than the regular 8689 .  I like it when fighting 15 lb. and bigger fish pike mushy, salmon steelhead etc.The rod shows very little use.  It was used on two trips to Alaska .  I was on one of the trips and caught silver and king salmon with it.
