In original hard leather case. Reel is marked Kosmic reel on handle side . Itr requires mag.glass to see it. This is common when the names are engraved in hard rubber side plate.s My research shows the Kosmic reel was made from 1895 to about 1910 . It’s a great piece of American fly fishing history. The reel diameter is a little over 1 7/8” not counting the raised pillers and 1’ wide spool well hold up to 4 line. this is the best condition Kosmic I have ever seem. It is from a large collection.
