8 ft. 6” #6 to 7 line 2 piece 2 tip bag & tube rod was built Aug. 1955 This was one year befor I started working for Paul Young This taper is Paul Young at his best He used this model a lot fishing the Ausable were he had a cabin There are only 14 Parabolic 16s listed in the Paul Young ledger To find one in this condition is pretty rare I did refinish rod about 4 years ago giveing it a rubbed out dull finnish the owner though a varnish finish scared the fish I retained the orginal writing & ventilated grip the rod shows very little use since Its a great all around rod Dry or Wet
