Paul Young s Little Giant 6’6”# 4 to 5 line 2 piece 2 tips bag & tube It has super Z nickle silver ferrules There are only 9 little giants listed in the Paul young rod register This is a very rare rod This one is in all orginal condition Serial #2218 built in 1956 It shows very little use The first one was made in 1955 at the request of a Detroit area flyfisherman I can remember him coming into the shop many times He had alot of fish tales most of them about big trout in small northern Michigan streams This led to Paul designing the Little Giant I have lawn cast it & like it with a WF5 when fishing under 40’ which it was designed for IT will shoot 60’ or more with ease
