6' 3", # 4 line, 1 3/4 o., serial number 2106, built 1956 by Paul Young writing including owner's name is by Paul Young.  I started working for Paul Young in 1956  and remember  the rods owner visiting the shop and talking rod actions and fish stories.  It is now sixty years later and I received the rod from his son to sell.  The rod was used mostly on Michigan's Au Sable river where the family has a fishing camp.  The rod is good for sixty more years.  Reel  # 992 Hardy St George Jr. was used with this rod.
