five years. Retired in 1964. I refinished the rod about 1990. It show very little use since. This is a great all around trout rod. It . has a 14/64 ferrule makes it a little stronger than the 7’ 6” perfectionand a little less pkarabolic. This is a great piece of Paul Young Co. history.
